We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards through Yahoo secure merchant services. However, if you prefer not to place order on the Internet, we also accept personal checks, money orders or casher's checks. You can call us at 1-877-244-9499; during our normal business hours to place an order.
All orders and credit card information are accepted over a secure environment. Lady Nin's Art Festival uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, is widely accepted as the most secure technology available. Please be very careful when you type in your billing address and zip code, our Address Verify System (AVS) will match if the information is the same as the credit card billing address. It takes extra time for us to verify with you again either by e-mailing you or calling you to get your written authorization back if it does not match.
Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls will be made. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates and seasonal updates and sale information only.
After you've completed your order, please print a copy and keep it for your records. This print-out will contain your order number, necessary when corresponding with us regarding your order. Your will receive an automatic e-mail with shipping confirmation when your order has shipped.
We use FedEx Home Delivery service, UPS & and USPS Priority Mail as our Standard Shipping methods. The Shipping rates are automatically calculated in real time by the amount of your purchase. For quicker delivery such as FedEx Next day or 2nd Day Air, please call
1-877-244-9499 for rates. If an incorrect shipping charge is calculated, we reserve the right to adjust the total amount of your order to reflect the true shipping charges.

$50.00 - $84.99 = $9.95
$85.00 - and up = $10.95
Partial shipments to other addresses will be charged normal shipping fees.
Customers will be notified via email or by telephone of any extra freight charges.
Lady Nin strives to better the environment around us. We use recycled bubble wrap, peanuts and boxes (except for USPS Priority Mail boxes) we acquire from neighborhood businesses for our customer shipments. We try our best to ship your order as early as possible. Orders will be shipped within 1~2 business days. We process all orders the day they are received. However, since we do offer handcrafted items, there may be additional time required before it is shipped. We will notify you by email immediately if there is any delay to your order. If you need to have your package arrive on any special day, Please note that in the comment field during checkout, we will reply to you with our suggestions if you need to choose 2 day air delivery or even next day delivery.
If any of the items that you ordered are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail immediately.
We ship anywhere in the U.S. (orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO address and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS only). Correct shipping charges will be confirmed to you, the customer after we receive your order. If your order is going to a P.O. Box we need your credit card billing address information to process and complete the transaction with your credit card company.
All orders shipped to a Washington address will have 8.8% sales tax automatically added to the total amount.
We have personally selected our products with care and are sure that you will be delighted with our products. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e-mailing to CustomerService@Ladynin.com providing your order information and reason for dissatisfaction, we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
If an item is damaged in transit, please tell us immediately. Re-pack the item using all of the original packing material. We will schedule an inspection with the carrier and the item will be returned to Lady Nin's. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Lady Nin's Art Festival will either issue a credit to your account or replace the item per the customer's request.
