I do almost all of my shopping online and this was absolutely by far my best experience! Ordering was simple and when I had a question the response from customer service was immediate, helpful, efficient, and not just polite....I was treated as though I was a friend, not just some unknown customer. The item I purchased was delivered in just three days (not the usual 7-10 days) and it looked better than the picture....Not only that but included was an extra little item (something that I did not order) as a sort of "Thank You" for my having purchased from this company. Needless to say I am very, very pleased and will definitely order from this company again and have already told many of my friends about Lady Nin's Art Festival. Other businesses would do well to learn a thing or two from these people.
